PHASE-ONE
Name your Raccoon and build your story
Create a tale for your Raccoon by giving it a name. Because each Millionaire Raccoon is unique, it should be given a name; in addition, because each character is distinct, we want to create a backstory for each one.
PHASE-THREE
Team-based short story videos
We're introducing a series of short tale videos created by teams. In this phase, we'll use the comic books we made in phase 2 to produce short story films. Then, for the short tale videos, we'll make an NFT. The proceeds from sales will be divided as follows: The crew will receive 50% of the profit, while the project will receive 50%.
PHASE-FOUR
Collective Millionaire Raccoons comic book project
We're kicking off the Millionaire Raccoons comic book project as a group. In this phase, we'll collect all of the stories and work with the comic book developer to create the Millionaire Raccoons comic book as a whole. Following that, we'll create an NFT for the collective Millionaire Raccoons comic book, and everybody who purchases it will receive a limited-edition pdf comic book. The proceeds from sales will be split as follows: The shareholders will receive 50% of the profit, while the project will receive 50%.

Collective Millionaire Raccoons short story videos
We're launching the Millionaire Raccoons short narrative videos. In this phase, we'll use the comic books we made in phase 3 to produce short story films. Then, for the short tale videos, we'll make an NFT. The proceeds from sales will be divided as follows: The profits will be split 50/50 between the shareholders and the project.
PHASE-TWO
Team-based comic book project
We're kicking off our collaborative comic book endeavor. During this phase, we will launch the Millionaire Raccoons owners' collaborative comic book project. The proceeds from sales will be split as follows: The artist will receive 50% and the owner of the NFT used in the comics will receive 50% of the profit.
COPYRIGHT
Ownership:
You are the sole owner of the NFT. On the Ethereum blockchain, each Millionaire Raccoon is an NFT. You own the underlying Millionaire Raccoons, the Art, entirely when you buy an NFT. We cannot seize, freeze, or otherwise change the ownership of any Millionaire Raccoons since ownership of the NFT is fully mediated by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network.
Personal Use:
Millionaire Raccoons creator provides you a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, duplicate, and display the bought Art, as well as any additions you make or use, only for the following purposes:
(i)For personal, non-commercial usage only
(ii) As part of a marketplace that allows the purchase and sale of your Millionaire Raccoons / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Millionaire Raccoons owner’s rights to display the Art for their Millionaire Raccoons to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or as part of a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Millionaire Raccoons; or as part of a third-party website
Commercial Use:
Millionaire Raccoons creator provides you an unrestricted, global license to use, copy, and display the bought Art for the purpose of developing derivative works based on the Art (“Commercial Use”), provided you continue to comply with these Terms. Use of the Art to create and sell goods products (T-Shirts, etc.) exhibiting reproductions of the Art is an example of such Commercial Use. Nothing in this Section will be construed as restricting you from doing anything.
(i) Having or running a marketplace that allows the usage and sale of Millionaire Raccoons in general, as long as the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Millionaire Raccoons owner’s permission to show the Art for their Millionaire Raccoons to ensure that only the genuine owner may exhibit the Art.
(ii) owning or operating a third-party website or application that allows Millionaire Raccoons to be included, involved, or participate in general, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies each Millionaire Raccoons owner’s rights to display the Art for their Millionaire Raccoons to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the third-party website or application is secure.
